Ministry

The ministry office serves clients in the school districts of Lake Mills, Johnson Creek, Cambridge and Deerfield.  

General Information

We offer financial assistance to those clients who are in need during unexpected financial shortfalls.  

Our ministry office also offers a medical loan assistance program for clients in need of walkers, wheelchairs, quad canes etc.  These items are limited to what is available in stock based on the items received in donation.

We also offer many in-kind items from our store for free and some items at reduced cost with minimal co-pay.  

Application and Process for Major Assistance

Applications for major assistance are available at the store or by clicking the link below.  Our ministry office is located next to the Food Pantry.  Applications are available on the wall outside the ministry office door if no one is available in the ministry office.  All completed applications should be dropped off and left in the mailbox outside the ministry office.  Once we receive a completed application, a board member will contact you to set up a home visit to discuss how St. Vincent de Paul can best offer assistance.

Plan a visit to the ministry office to discuss needs and determination of how St. Vincent de Paul can best assist you.  Approved applications receive vouchers to shop for clothing, furniture and smaller household items.
