Donations

We depend on the generosity of our friends and neighbors who donate their gently used clothing, furniture and household items.  We also greatfully accept monetary donations.

Proceeds are used to help the needy in the Lake Mills, Johnson Creek, Cambridge and Deerfield areas.

Donation Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

We are closed on Sunday's and ALL Major Holiday's

We are happy to pick up large items such as furniture and appliances, but we are not a moving company.  Items that can be packed in boxes and bags should be brought to our store or drop boxes as we only have room on our truck for larger items. Pick up's are during the week and the slots do fill up fast so call 1-2 weeks in advance so that you can schedule your pick up today.  If you have any questions related to Pick Up's call the store and speak with our Warehouse Manager.   920-648-2800

To make handling your donations easier for our volunteers and staff we have implemented a few rules we ask that you follow.

  • All clothing, shoes, bedding, linens and fabrics should be in plasic bags not on hangers or in totes.
  • all smaller household items and books should be in closed cardboard boxes or with lids that are not open and please no plastic totes/tubs.
  • please remove all rummage sale stickers before bagging or boxing anything.

This will make the initial intake procedure go much smoother.  When our volunteers have to remove rummage sale stickers it slows down our sorting process drastically.  The large plastic totes that many people donate containing clothes or household items are often cracked and very worn by the time the donation makes it to us and it costs us money to have them picked up by our recycler.  Unless they are in very good condition with lids, we can't sell them, so we ask you to not use them as boxes.

Although we try to be good stewards of the earth and recycle, our disposal costs continue to rise every year and we find that we must be more vigilant as to what we can accept.  Thank you for your continuted support of our organizations's mission to assist and minister to our neighbors in need.
